We require a minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Virtual Medical Assistant (VMA) or at least one (1) year of experience in the BPO industry handling a US healthcare account. Applicants must demonstrate strong English communication skills and hold a HIPAA certification, along with a solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
Applicants should have a computer with at least an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor (or higher), a minimum of 16GB RAM, and 512GB SSD storage or more. A stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps DSL or higher is required, along with a reliable backup internet source to ensure uninterrupted work.

At VMedX, Virtual Medical Assistants may become eligible for an HMO benefit with a ₱200,000 Maximum Benefit Limit (MBL) upon their 6th month of active client support. Additional incentives such as PTOs, rate increases, and performance bonuses may also be provided depending on the client’s discretion and your overall performance. We also offer a $50 referral bonus, credited on the 3rd month once your referred applicant is successfully placed with one of our clients.
